Online students are shown really close-up! I can see details that aren’t as easily visible in person like fingering, pedaling, and posture. Likewise, with my over-keyboard camera they can see details of my own playing.
During online lessons, students must mark their own scores with dynamic markings and other notes. They’re responsible for their work.
Online lessons are more exciting with YouTube videos and online music theory game sites.
I’m convinced that online lessons are actually better than in-person!
